For ecommerce businesses (those that process orders on their website), Shopper Approved is a great alternative as it is usually more cost-effective and helps merchants collect up to 10x more reviews vs. when using Trustpilot (which reduces their cost per verified review), and Shopper Approved can even help them get customer reviews on Trustpilot and other online review sites.

For local brick-and-mortar type businesses looking for reviews on their Google My Business page, LocalReivews.com and Podium are good options.

"We switched from Trustpilot to Shopper Approved when Trustpilot tried to double our monthly fee after a year without any justification. Shopper Approved does have a warning and follow-up regimen to help resolve any issues that a customer may have and for the customer to be able to amend his review if he so chooses.”
